G. W. Morisi Insurance Agency Rebrands to MountainOne Insurance Agency

July 15, 2024 by AC Editor

MountainOne announced earlier this year the acquisition of G.W. Morisi Insurance Agency, a third-generation agency that has served Longmeadow and the surrounding communities for over 75 years. This strategic acquisition marks MountainOne Insurance’s expansion into the Pioneer Valley, enhancing its ability to serve customers across Western Massachusetts.

Now, MountainOne is excited to announce, effective Monday, July 15, 2024, G. W. Morisi Insurance Agency has concluded their integration into the MountainOne family by converting its backend systems and officially rebranding to MountainOne Insurance Agency. The Longmeadow office, located at 473 Longmeadow Street, will continue to provide the high level of service that G.W. Morisi customers have come to expect. The existing staff, including Anabela Ferreira, Nicole Twarog, and Bethanne Cummings, are now joined by MountainOne Insurance team members Shane Ortega and Darlene Tebaldi, who are ready to assist the Longmeadow community with a full suite of insurance products. Customers will soon see the name change across customer communications, account materials, and finally with the installation of new MountainOne Insurance building signage coming soon on July 22nd.

“This expansion into the Pioneer Valley represents a significant milestone for MountainOne Insurance,” said Jonathan Denmark, President & COO of MountainOne Insurance. “We are excited to bring our comprehensive range of insurance services to Longmeadow and the surrounding areas, building on the strong foundation established by G.W. Morisi Insurance Agency.”

In addition to a seamless, continued delivery of their existing products and services, former G.W. Morisi customers and new clients will benefit from an array of enhanced services, including Group Employee Benefits, Life Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance, Medicare products, and in-house claims services. Customers also gain access to a broader selection of insurance companies, providing more options for coverage at competitive rates.

“We look forward to serving both existing and future customers at our newly rebranded Longmeadow office,” added Denmark. “Our commitment to outstanding service, great products, and valuable solutions remains unwavering as we operate under the MountainOne brand.”
