Insurance Services of New England (ISNE) proudly celebrates the retirement of Ed Ruhl. Ed has dedicated over four decades to the insurance industry, including six years as our Manager of Membership Sales. He joined ISNE after a 33-year career at The Hanover and brought a wealth of experience, insight, and dedication to our team and our member agencies.

“Ed’s impact on our organization has been immeasurable,” said Lee Thompson, Executive Director of ISNE. “He’s played a key role in strengthening our relationships with independent agents and expanding our membership across New England. On behalf of the entire ISNE team, I want to thank Ed for his leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to helping independent agencies thrive.”

“Mike has a deep understanding of the evolving needs of independent agencies and the importance of strong carrier partnerships,” said Thompson. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to ISNE and are confident that his energy and expertise will help us continue to grow our network and find new ways to provide sales excellence to our members.”

As ISNE looks to the future, the organization is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Chamberlain as the new Manager of Membership and Sales. With close to two decades of experience working with independent agents, Mike has held positions at The Hanover and The Concord Group Insurance, where he spent the last seven years.
