A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies Promotes Wayne Grudzien
Burlington-based workers’ compensation insurer, A.I.M. Mutual has promoted Wayne Grudzien to Director of its Injury Prevention and Worksite Wellness Group (“IPWW”). He was most recently the Senior Manager for the IPWW Group.
A 28-year veteran of the workers’ compensation insurance industry, Mr. Grudzien first joined A.I.M. Mutual in 2002 as a Regional Loss Control Manager. Prior to that he held various positions with Royal & Sun Alliance/EBI, the Abacus Management Group/Arbella Indemnity Insurance, the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association and Liberty Mutual.
A graduate of Springfield College, Mr. Grudzien is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator. In addition, he holds an Associate in Risk Management insurance designation. He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
The Injury Prevention and Worksite Wellness Group
Introduced in 2013, A.I.M. Mutual’s Injury Prevention and Worksite Wellness Group is an expansion of the traditional loss control service which aims to include a focus on general well-being. A.I.M. Mutual says the IPWW was recently recognized in Best’s Review Innovation Showcase.
