This is the agency’s first stand alone location outside of Western Mass.
In a nice change of pace, an independent insurance agency in Massachusetts has announced the opening of a new office. The Insurance Center of New England (“ICNE”) opened the doors to its new office location last week at 303 Littleton Road in Westford.
To celebrate the occasion, the agency held a ribbing cutting ceremony which saw the Westford Town Manager, Jodi Ross, along with other town representatives, and members of the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce in attendance.
In his opening remarks, President and CEO of ICNE Bill Trudeau said that his company was excited to enter this community and was looking forward to expanding the agency’s presence outside of Western Mass.
We really look forward to getting to know all our new neighbors and fellow business owners in Westford and the surrounding communities. We are very proud of our vibrant new office. It’s a very positive and comfortable environment,” added Mr. Trudeau. “We think people will find the office to be very inviting. Our friendly team in Westford is a great addition to our existing staff of nearly 50 employees, and they are eager to help new and existing clients with all of their personal and business insurance needs from many top-rated insurance carriers.”
The opening of the Westford location marks ICNE’s first standalone office outside of Western Mass. With the addition of the new Westford office, ICNE now has offices based in Agawam and Gardner in addition to office hours inside Align Credit Union’s Lowell and Haverhill offices.
“Our customer base in and around Merrimack Valley and North of Boston has grown through our relationship with Align Credit Union. The Westford region is a growing area that we are excited to be a part of. We look forward to offering convenient service to our existing clients and would love the opportunity to provide new customers with better insurance options.”
