The Arbella Insurance Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Lin as assistant vice president of Claim Shared Services. Reporting to Joseph Salerno, senior vice president of Claim, Lin will oversee a new cross-functional group within the Claim department, including: Claim Service Center (CSC/CTA), Special Investigations Unit (SIU), HO Claim Data and Analytics, Learning and Development, Quality, Claim IT Liaison and Vendor Management.

Steve was the natural choice to oversee this new structure, as he brings deep expertise in the areas of finance, claim analytics, segmentation and workflow, and personal lines claim product management.”
Bringing 20 years’ experience, Lin joins Arbella from Liberty Mutual where he has held a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in understanding the end-to-end auto physical damage claim process, identifying improvement opportunities and assisting with the implementation of an entirely new claim platform.
Lin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Villanova University. He resides in Westwood with his wife Emmy, their six-year old daughter Sophie and their dog, Hugo.
