Legislature Gets Transportation Network Law On The Books In The Nick Of Time
August 1, 2016 – The Massachusetts Legislature has added a new chapter to the General Laws, chapter 159A1/2, and to amend the insurance laws by adding section 228 to chapter 175.

A review of a July 5, 2016 case ruling that a condominium association bylaw that required unit owner’s to obtain property insurance with waiver of subrogation clauses barred an insurer from subrogating its $350,000 loss against another condominium owner’s tenant who had negligently caused the loss.
