MA FAIR Plan Hearing Continues in July

Each month we publish the list of hearings that will be taking place at The Massachusetts Division of Insurance. While the MA FAIR Plan had requested an effected July 1st date for its rate increases, it appears that the DOI’s final decision on the matter will no happen until later this summer.

For those interested in attending this hearing, as a general rule, all hearings are open to the public, but you must present a valid picture ID to enter. The Division of Insurance is located at 1000 Washington Street, Boston MA 02118-6200. If you have a specific question, the main number is 617.521.7794. There is paid parking on-site, which is slightly reduced if you have it validated.
