How to attend a hearing at the Division of Insurance
Each month Agency Checklists lists the hearings that will be taking place at The Massachusetts Division of Insurance. As a general rule, all hearings are open to the public, but you must present a valid picture ID to enter. The Division of Insurance is located at 1000 Washington Street, Boston MA 02118-6200.
