C&S Insurance Fortifies Executive Team

April 24, 2020 by Agency Checklists

Quealy, Trabulsie and McLaughlin Deliver Seven Decades of Experience to Growing Agency

This spring, C&S Insurance is proud to welcome three seasoned executives—Chuck Quealy, Kelly Trabulsie, and Eric McLaughlin—to its award-winning team.

McLaughlin, who comes aboard as a partner and executive vice president, brings ten-plus years of insurance sales experience to the C&S family, along with a noteworthy production record in the post-acute healthcare and cannabis industries.

Chief Operations Officer, Chuck Quealy joins C&S to oversee the agency’s new business processes, information systems, personnel roles, and a host of other activities geared toward overall efficiency and improvement.

Newly heading up the finance department, Kelly Trabulsie, C&S’ controller, adds her considerable background in accounting, payroll, and tax compliance.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Eric, Chuck, and Kelly aboard,” said Keith Signoriello, principal and co-owner of C&S Insurance, one of Massachusetts’ largest independent brokers, according to The Boston Business Journal. “Eric is ideally suited to help us round out our sales team and support our goals for growth in commercial lines. His extensive background—with eldercare facilities and cannabis-based businesses especially—is a timely addition.”

“We’re extremely lucky to gain Kelly,” said Ben Cavallo, second-generation owner and principal. “She’s proven herself ready to hit the ground running and contribute noteworthy advances, while bringing the financial piece of our business in house.”

With respect to Quealy, Cavallo added, “over the past few years, C&S has been growing at a rapid clip. Chuck is the perfect executive to address some of the growing pains that naturally come along with a larger staff, multiple office locations, and a broader client base. He’s going to promote a lot of positive change and, ultimately, better experiences for our clients.”

Eric McLaughlin holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.  McLaughlin attended the University of Massachusetts, Boston, where he earned a degree in accounting and finance. Kelly Trabulsie is also a UMASS, Boston alum, likewise with a degree in accounting. Chuck Quealy earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College.
