QUINCY, Mass. (August 25, 2026) – The Arbella Insurance Group (“Arbella”) is pleased to announce the appointments of Martina Conlon and Bob Bizak to Arbella’s Board of Directors. Conlon is a seasoned, results-oriented insurance technology advisor, and Bizak is a proven marketing executive with a strong independent agency and corporate sales and marketing background. Together, they bring a unique pairing of technology and agency distribution expertise to the Board, spanning from digital capabilities that shape how insurance is delivered to the agent relationships that keep Arbella close to its customers and communities.
Conlon is an accomplished insurance technology executive with more than 30 years of experience delivering measurable results for P&C insurers. Most recently, she led the insurance practice at Datos Insights, advising more than 100 insurers and 50 solution providers on using innovation to build competitive advantage. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at several technology and consulting firms serving the insurance industry before joining Arbella, where she was director of enterprise technology from 2004 to 2009.

Bizak is a seasoned insurance executive with over 40 years of industry leadership and technical experience. He has a deep knowledge of the insurance industry and has built many strong relationships with Arbella’s local independent insurance agents. Before joining Arbella in 2019, Bizak worked for 18 successful years as a partner with Rogers & Gray Insurance, where his primary focus was on growing their commercial insurance division and leading agency acquisition and growth initiatives.
