Brown and Brown of Kentucky announced this month that it has acquired the assets of Finance & Insurance Resources, Inc. of Massachusetts.
Founded in 1993 and based in Westborough, F&I Resources has grown over the past 25 years from a small company providing finance and insurance products and personalized training in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont to a company working with 250 dealerships in 11 States throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states and a leader in the field of reinsurance.
In commenting on the acquisition Mr. Neal stated, “Jason and Bob have grown F&I Resources to be a best-in-class operation delivering sales performance training and warranty insurance products for their dealer partners. The F&I Resources team will provide additional expertise to our growing platform in this space and establish a base for operations in the Northeast. We are confident that this will complement and enhance our existing operations.”

As a result of the sale, the F&I Resources team will join Brown & Brown’s auto, RV and power-sports practice, which is led by Mike Neal, President of Brown & Brown of Kentucky, Inc.
