The event took place on March 4th at The Plumbing Museum in Watertown
On March 4th, the MAIA’s Young Agents Committee had the opportunity to host a first-of-its-kind event to feature a get-together with both young insurance agents and agency principals. Sponsored by Arbella Insurance, the event was held at The Plumbing Museum in Watertown (a fitting place in which to be located), offering an informal way for young and old to interact, network, and talk shop.
As an added bonus, the event also featured speakers from three Boston-based insurtechs focused on strengthening and growing the capabilities of the independent insurance agency system: Allan Egbert & Michael Albert from Ask Kodiak, Lauren Emmons from Clearsurance, and Raghav Tanna from Tarmika.
