The Division of Insurance has published its hearing schedule for the month of March. We wanted agents to be aware that the DOI has scheduled another hearing day for the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association “FAIR Plan” Rate Filing Hearings on March 23, 2012. Here is a rundown of this month’s hearings, we have also added them to our insurance calendar.
- March 13, 2012 at 10:00a.m. – The Division of Insurance v. James I. Rider, Presiding Officer will be Stephen Sumner
- March 23, 2012 at 10:00a.m. – FAIR Plan Rate Hearings, Presiding Officers will be Jean Farrington and Stephen Sumner
- March 27, 2012 at 10:00a.m. – Mona-Lissa Frain v. Division of Insurance, Presiding Officer will be Jean Farrington
- March 27, 2012 at 1:00p.m. – Division of Insurance v. James I. Rider, Presiding Officer will be Stephen SumnerYou
- Update for March 8, 2012 – The DOI has scheduled a public hearing on the WCRIB’s Rate Filings to be held on March 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
