Founder of the Sculos & Santilli Insurance Agency
Peter K. Sculos of Burlington, formerly of Woburn, passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on March 18, 2024. He was the son of the late Kostas and Christine Sculos.
Loving father of Craig Sculos and his wife Karen of Portsmouth, RI, and Jason Sculos and his wife Christine of Nashua, NH. Devoted brother of the late Irene Heras and Marion Kay. Survived by granddaughter Rachael, and by many nieces and nephews.
The true love of his life was his wife of 67 years, Toni, who passed away in 2021.
Born in Brighton as the son of Greek immigrants, Peter served his country in Korea, returning stateside to embark on a career as both a stockbroker and, later, an insurance broker. Eventually, Peter was a founder of the Sculos & Santilli Insurance Agency, which operated in several Massachusetts locations.
Blessed with an engaging smile and an endearing sense of humor, Peter enjoyed life to the fullest, especially when surrounded by his family and countless friends. An active member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, the AHEPA and VFW, his favorites pastimes included sports cars, maintaining an immaculate yard and following the fortunes of the local professional sports teams.
