June 26, 2017 – The Bill is looking to require more stringent check’s of a potential insureds driving history prior to providing an auto insurance quote or accepting a down payment on the premium. As such, The MAIA is asking agents and insureds who have been affected by this practice to contact the Association prior to the July hearing.
