Francis A. Mancini, Esq. has been selected as the 2014 Insurance Professional of the Year
The Insurance Library Association of Boston announced this week that Francis “Frank” A. Mancini, Esq. has been selected as this year’s 2014 Insurance Professional of the Year. Mr. Mancini is the President & CEO of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents which represents some 1,400 independent insurance agencies throughout the Commonwealth along with its approximately 10,000 employees.
Established in 2002 by the Richard Simches Fund, the Insurance Professional of the Year Award is presented each year to “…a person who demonstrates leadership and exemplifies those qualities that engender understanding of and respect for the insurance industry.” The selection process is conducted by a cross-section of the insurance industry and as such carries with it that added significance. This year’s award will be presented on October 31, 2014 at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel during the Association’s Annual Insurance Professional of the Year Award Ceremony.
