MTM Insurance Associates, LLC announced recently that it has purchased the Minichiello Insurance Agency of Bradford. On March 16, 2015, the Bradford Agency officially became MTM Insurance of Greater Haverhill, Inc. Based in North Andover, MTM Insurance was founded in 2007 and is run by managing members Cindy Traverso, Paul MacDonald and Laurie Mancinelli.
In a March 12, 2015 article with www.WHAV.net, managing member Laurie Mancinelli commented on the purchase of the Minichiello Agency.
“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to work with the people of Haverhill and to working with the businesses in the Greater Haverhill area as well,” Mancinelli told WHAV News Wednesday. MTM already serves Haverhill customers, she said.
According to the same article, Ms. Traverso’s son, Michael R. Traverso, has become the new manager of the Haverhill location. Prior to joining the agency, he was with the claims department with Safety Insurance. As a result of this purchase, MTM Insurance Associates how operates out of three locations with a staff of 27 employees.
