The SAN Group’s 350-plus members represent more than $655 million of in-force premium
New Hampshire’s Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc., also known as the SAN Group, has announced that it will be returning to Massachusetts on May 9, 2017 for its 2017 annual business meeting. The meeting, which is expected to attract more than 500 insurance industry professionals from eight different states, will be held at the DCU Center in Worcester, which is the same venue the SAN Group used for its 2016 meeting.

This year, the SAN Group will welcome Jamie Clarke, a successful entrepreneur and best-selling author. A renowned Canadian adventurer, Mr. Clarke has climbed the Seven Summits, including reaching the summit of Mt. Everest twice. In 1999, he became one of the few Westerners, and the first one in 50 years, to cross the Arabian Peninsula’s “Quarter of Emptiness” by camel.
Apart from Mr. Clarke’s keynote address, the 2017 meeting agenda also includes both workshops and panel discussions on a variety of issues of import to the insurance industry professionals attending. The event will also include the SAN Groups annual awards ceremony, where the alliance recognizes those various member agencies for their entrepreneurial, profitability and technological achievements.
In addition, the 2017 meeting also will feature a trade show open throughout the entire day and will have approximately 50 exhibitors this year.
