Get Ready – Insurtech Boston III Is This Week!

The Seaport’s District Hall—a public space for innovators

Insurtech Boston, the local networking event for startups and companies seeking to innovate in the insurance industry, has announced that it will be holding its third official meeting on June 15th, 2017.  Like Insurtech Boston 2, the June meeting will also take place at District Hall in the Seaport District.

For those Massachusetts insurance professionals unfamiliar with District Hall, it is one of the first buildings of its kind in the world. Built by a public-private partnership, District Hall’s aim is to provide dedicated civic space for the innovation community to gather and exchange ideas.

Insurtech Boston provides networking opportunities for all interested insurance market stakeholders

Insurtech Boston is the brainchild of Michael Albert, his co-founder of Ask Kodiak, Allan Egbert, and Jay Farber of F Prime Capital, the venture capital arm of Fidelity Investments. The trio says that Insurtech Boston was created in order to help those working in the insurance industry and insurtech to meet one another and to help startups, carrier executives, venture capitalists, agents, insurers and any other  industry participants interested in the ongoing discussion about the future of the insurance industry.
