According to the terms of the transaction, Eastman & Davis’ West Springfield office will close upon joining ICNE. The agency’s former employee Marilyn Loudon, however, will join ICNE’s main office in Agawam, just five miles down the road from the current West Springfield location, ensuring a smooth transition for Eastman & Davis’s former clients.

“We are thrilled to not only have the Eastman & Davis Insurance clients join our agency, but also to have longtime employee Marilyn Loudon join the ICNE team as a Personal Lines Account Manager,” said William Trudeau, President/CEO of ICNE in the company’s official announcement.

As part of his perpetuation plan for his agency, Eastman & Davis’s owner, Bill Eastman, had been searching for the past several years to find the right business partner to ensure the future of his agency as well as the continued care of his clientele. Enter ICNE. Similar to Eastman & Davis, many of ICNE’s clients have been with the agency for generations. And upon getting to know Mr. Trudeau and the ICNE team, Mr. Eastman felt confident that he had made the right decision and had found a partner who is as dedicated as he was to providing clients with the highest standards of customized, personal service.

For his part, Mr. Trudeau understands intuitively the role that Bill Eastman has played in the lives of his insureds over the years. “I feel so honored that Bill trusts the ICNE team to take over the responsibility of caring for his clients,” notes Mr. Trudeau.

“When Eastman & Davis clients join ICNE, they will quickly learn that we are much more than an insurance Agency Checklists, MA Insurance News, Mass. Trudeau shares, “I can’t stress enough how happy our entire team is to welcome the Eastman & Davis clients to our agency. We look forward to getting to know them and working together for years to come.”
