The companies say the new partnership will expand geographic reach nationwide
ARS Restoration Specialists, the locally-owned and operated company providing around-the-clock emergency disaster restoration and reconstructions services for both residential and commercial properties throughout New England, has been acquired. Earlier this month, the company announced that it has merged with The RESCON Group, which serves customers not just in the Northeast, but also in the Mid-Atlantic and Southern U.S. As a result of the merger, ARS Founder and President Ritch Piltch has continued on after the merger as a Strategic Advisor.
“Our focus has always been on our customers and providing timely and professional service. We are fortunate to join forces with the RESCON team, who share our core values and commitment to serving others,” said Rich Piltch, ARS Restoration Specialists Founder and Strategic Advisor. “Together, we can reach more customers throughout the country, helping to mitigate risk and remediate issues quickly in the face of a disaster. It is truly rewarding to combine our resources, seasoned leadership and thirty plus years of industry expertise for the betterment of our customers nationwide.”
Established in 1987 in Newton, ARS has grown over the past three decades to become an operation encompassing seven branches and a team of 150 employees servicing all of New England.
“Rich and I have been fortunate to work together for more than two decades, giving us the opportunity to appreciate our similar philosophy and commitment to a core value system in serving our team, our customers and our community,” said Bill Graham, President and CEO, The RESCON Group. “This merger was a natural evolution of our business and a seamless transition for our customers as we prioritize their needs and continue to identify opportunities to grow our business.”
Based in Maryland, The RESCON Group is a national leader in restoration services and with this merger expands its geographic footprint throughout Massachusetts and New England.
