The Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents announced its new Board of Directors for the upcoming year during the Association’s annual state meeting , better known as, The Big Event. Current Chairman, Jon Koegel, announced that Daniel Morse, the President of the Morse Insurance Agency of Easton, will be the new Chairman for the 2020 year.

Mr. Morse is a second-generation owner of the Morse Insurance Agency. The family-owned and operated agency was founded by Mr. Morse’s father in 1988. Four New Associate Members also joined the Board of Directors

In addition to Mr. Morse’s appointment, the MAIA Nominating Committee also presented the following individuals to the Association’s membership for election as the officers and directors for the 2020 Executive Committee: Chairman Elect John R. Sweeney CISR, CIC, Vice Chairman Benjamin Cavallo CIC, AAI, CISR, and Secretary Treasurer, Lisa Hirbour CPCU, CIC. Ray Gallant will continue on as the MAIA’s State National Director.
