This is the sixth acquisition in as many years for FBInsure. In 2014, the agency acquired the Gramlich Insurance Agency, also located in New Bedford. In 2015, it purchased the Henry L. Newbury Insurance Agency of North Attleboro, followed by the 2016 acquisition of the New Bedford-based Hardy & Ponte Agency. In September 2018, FBinsure made its fourth acquisition in as many years with the addition of the Castelo Agency followed by the Reid-Hofmann Insurance Agency of West Bridgewater and Mashpee in 2019.

Nimirosk Insurance has been an independent agency in Attleboro for over five decades

Established in 1963, Nimiroski Insurance has been a part of the fabric of the Attleboro community for over 50 years. The company, offering both personal and commercial lines insurance products, has more than 1,000 clients.

“We chose FBinsure as a partner because they have an unequaled reputation for being dedicated to its clients, as well as their staff and our community,” stated Chris Nimiroski. “I am very excited to see our valued clients benefit from the Agency’s variety of quality products and services.”

According to the terms of the transaction, Nimiroski Insurance’s offices will be incorporated into FBInsure’s Attleboro location in the city center. Nimiroski Insurance’s President, Chris Nimiroski, will ensure a smooth transition to FBinsure for his clients before pursuing other endeavors in real estate.

FBinsures roots began in the early 1950s with Phil Farrell and Rudy Backlund, each independent insurance agents with their own agencies in Taunton and Rehoboth, respectively.
