The buyer and seller are independent insurance agencies based in Vermont and New Hampshire, respectively
DealerPolicy Insurance Agency, of Williston, VT has announced its purchase of the Granite State Independent Insurance of Tilton, NH. The deal, announced on December 21, 2020, will see the Granite State Independent Insurance agency cease its operations on completion of the deal. According to the terms of the transaction, all of the agency’s former personal and commercial insurance customers will be serviced by DealerPolicy Insurance Agency and their commercial insurance arm, Winooski Insurance.
Part of the AutoServ family of businesses in Tilton, NH, Granite State Independent Insurance is owned and operated by the Gaudet Family. The AutoServ family of businesses has been operating Lakes Region of New Hampshire for over 30 years.
