Needham, MA – Continuing education in the insurance industry consists of keeping up with the latest trends, policies, and practices needed to better serve the customer. By building her skills and earning her Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation, Marie Rose, Agency Branch Manager at Kaplansky Insurance, is doing just that.
Marie has been with Kaplansky Insurance since 2018, where she oversees the Bradford branch location. She had an early introduction to the industry when she started off filing at the age of 15. Since then, she has a proven track record of success, with over 35 years of experience.
“When Marie came to our agency, we were in desperate need of a manager. Though I have only worked with her for a few years, I feel like she has been here forever,” says Marianne Collupy, Personal Lines Account Manager at Kaplansky Insurance. “She jumped right in, addressed issues that needed attention, and made us and our customers very comfortable. Her work ethic is one of confidence, and her enthusiasm is contagious.”
The American Insurance Marketing and Sales Society (AIMS)encourages participants to build upon existing skills and industry knowledge by undertaking three one-day Insurance Success Seminars. This how-to training empowers professionals to dive deeper into problem-solving, expanding analytical skills, and making immediate changes to increase retention rates and sales results.
The CPIA designation signifies the initiative to learn and grow for clients. “Customers look to us to help them find solutions and navigate the confusing insurance world,” says Marie. “It’s our job to be available for them and assist them in making meaningful decisions that ultimately impact their future. I found the CPIA courses very informational and motivating, and a great reminder that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.”
