Salem Five Insurance Hires SVP/Director of Insurance Operations

Chi N. Vo brings an array of industry experience to new role

Salem Five Insurance appointed Chi N. Vo to the new position of Senior Vice President and Director of Insurance Operations, as the agency expands its management ranks to further fuel its growth and ability to serve customers.

In the position, Ms. Vo will oversee all functional aspects of the agency and ensure that organizational structures and processes are designed and built to support the profitable growth goals of the organization, in accordance with its strategic plans.

“Chi’s diverse skillset, industry knowledge and experience, but mostly her ability to lead people, make her a great fit for our organization,” said Andrew Drayer, Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth.  “She will help ensure that our team is operating as efficiently as possible and providing an exceptional customer experience.  She will also help to build the infrastructure required to support our plans for growth down the road.”

Before coming to Salem Five Insurance, Ms. Vo held several critical roles during her 20 years at MAPFRE Insurance, including leadership positions in compliance, claims and most recently business development. She is a graduate of Nichols College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
