Joe Lawless brings wealth of analytics experience to new role
Salem Five Insurance appointed Joe Lawless to the new position of Vice President and Director of Advanced Analytics, as the agency looks to further fuel its growth and ability to serve customers.
In the position, Mr. Lawless will oversee all aspects of the agency’s strategic analytic agenda and help ensure that decision-making is grounded in data.
“Joe’s collaboration with all areas of the Insurance Division, as well as our other business partners within Salem Five Bank, will help improve operational efficiency, production and the overall customer experience,” observed Andrew Drayer, Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth.
Before joining Salem Five Insurance, Mr. Lawless held multiple data analytics roles at MAPFRE Insurance, most recently leading the carrier’s product, digital business, and agency business intelligence teams as Director of Analytics and Reporting. Mr. Lawless holds a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from UMASS Boston and AINS designation.
