Seasoned industry executive joins the Agency Growth Engine

Renaissance Alliance Appoints Lorenzo B. Jackson

Lorenzo B. Jackson, an experienced leader on the carrier side for more than three decades and a longtime advocate for independent agencies, has joined Renaissance Alliance, the Agency Growth Engine, as a Senior Vice President and New York Sales Leader.

Leading a team of New York salespeople, Jackson will focus on recruiting agencies in the Empire State to Renaissance Alliance.

Jackson most recently served as President overseeing the Great Lakes Region for Main Street America Insurance. Before that, he was Chief of Agency Marketing for Plymouth Rock Insurance in New York.

Previously, Jackson spent four years as Assistant Regional Vice President for The Hanover in New Jersey, and prior to that he served as both an Assistant Vice President and a Regional Sales Director for Travelers.

“We’re thrilled to have Lorenzo join the Renaissance team and put his extensive knowledge of both the carrier side and the independent agency model to work as we expand in 2022 and continue to provide our members more of what they need to grow their premium and their revenue,” said Kevin Callahan, Renaissance Alliance’s Chairman and CEO.

“For a long time, I’ve admired the tenacity and entrepreneurship of independent agents. To finally be working 100% on the agency advocacy side truly is a dream come true for me,” said Jackson. “I’m really looking forward to helping agencies fully realize their true potential.”
