Reporting to Hugh Thai, head of innovation and data science, D’Adamo will establish and grow Arbella’s enterprise data governance program. “Chad is an experienced leader and this promotion positions him well to strengthen Arbella’s data and analytics,” said Thai. “In this position, Chad will develop policies, standards, and procedures that enhance the availability, quality, and protection of our data.”

D’Adamo has been with Arbella for more than 21 years and part of many company “firsts”, including the first claim analytics team manager. Today, D’Adamo works collaboratively throughout the organization to develop pricing strategies and structures. He earned an MBA from Bentley College and maintains the CPCU designation.

As the new director of benefits and compensation, Durkee will report to Ellen Mann, assistant vice president of human resources. “Christine is a strategic total rewards leader known for mitigating medical and benefit plan costs,” said Mann. “She is passionate about delivering thoughtful, competitive, and comprehensive programs that attract top talent.”

Durkee brings 35 years of experience developing innovative total rewards solutions including, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, deferred compensation programs, and human resources systems. Previously Durkee worked as benefits manager with Putnam Investments, vice president of compensation and benefits at BJs Wholesale Club, and most recently as the director of benefits at BHI Energy. She earned a BBA in human resources management from Baruch College.
