Established in 1900, Deland, Gibson is a Massachusetts insurance agency that has thrived working as a trusted advisor for its client base. It has long been the goal to maintain Deland, Gibson as a family-run business, with current owners Chip Gibson and Ted Gibson representing the fourth-generation leaders of the agency. Originally a generalist agent, Deland, Gibson has evolved and adapted into a top risk-advisor and insurance manager with locations in Wellesley, and Dennis Port, MA.

This is the first agency acquisition announcement for the agency during 2022. In 2021, the agency acquired two other Massachusetts independent agencies: Franklin’s Keefe Insurance and Cape Cod’s Dickey Insurance Agency.
