Thomas DiCarlo Joins S&S as the Personal Lines President

Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (S&S) is pleased to welcome Thomas DiCarlo to our Personal Insurance Division as the Personal Lines President. Thomas will lead, execute, and innovate Personal Insurance Practices.

Thomas brings with him 12 years of experience as a Personal Insurance Professional. In his former role as Vice President and Regional Executive at PURE Insurance, Thomas was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the company in the New York region. He implemented effective business strategies, managed key relationships, and ensured the delivery of exceptional service to members and brokers alike. Through his leadership, Thomas made a significant impact in fueling growth and upholding PURE’s esteemed reputation as a trusted insurer in the region.  Thomas will be based out of the East Providence office but will have a presence in all Starkweather offices.

An Additional 27 Stakeholder Promotions and Officer Advancements Were Announced

Earlier this summer, in June, the brokerage firm announced that a cohort of promotions and advancements for an additional 27 employees during the company’s annual meeting.
