TrustedChoice Transformation Signaling Technology-Driven Platform Expansion

TrustedChoice.com will transition to Momentum Edge effective June 1, marking a rebranding that reflects the company’s shift toward a technology-driven platform designed to support the growth of independent insurance agencies.

The announcement, made April 27, positions the change as a milestone in the company’s evolution, aligning its brand with expanded capabilities in digital prospecting, data-driven matching, and workflow efficiency for agents and brokers.

“This transition brings TrustedChoice.com fully into the Momentum platform,” said Michael Lebor, President of Momentum AMP. “As Momentum Edge, it becomes part of a more complete, technology-driven solution—connecting high-quality referrals with the systems and workflows agents rely on to grow.”

Focus on Data-Driven Matching and Workflow Efficiency

As Momentum Edge, the platform will continue operating as a marketplace connecting independent insurance agents with high-intent insurance shoppers, while increasing its investment in technology to improve how agencies connect with consumers and manage new business opportunities.

The company stated that its platform uses advanced data capabilities and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and deliver in-market shoppers matched to agency appetite. The goal is to enable agents to connect more quickly with prospects, improve conversion rates, and increase the value derived from referrals.

Growth in Consumer Connections and Expanded Distribution

Recent performance data cited in the announcement indicates that insurance shopper connections to agents increased 23% year over year. The growth was supported by increased consumer traffic across additional platforms, including InsuredBetter.com.

The company has also expanded the number of digital entry points through which consumers can connect with independent agents.

“By extending agency visibility across multiple consumer-facing platforms, Momentum Edge is increasing opportunities for agents to be found by high-intent shoppers at the moment they are actively seeking coverage,” Lebor said. “This multi-platform approach enables agencies to reach a broader audience of insurance consumers.”

No Disruption for Current TrustedChoice Users

According to the company, existing users will retain access to the platform’s core capabilities, including its referral marketplace, with enhancements such as expanded distribution, improved matching, and updated workflow tools.

The company stated that the transition is intended to simplify how agents engage with the platform while improving performance, flexibility, and ease of use.

Company Overview

Momentum Edge describes itself as a technology-driven growth platform for independent insurance agencies, combining digital marketplace visibility, data-driven lead matching, and workflow automation to help agencies attract, engage, and convert new business.
