Plymouth Rock Assurance has appointed Kelley O’Connor as Massachusetts State Sales Manager, bringing more than 25 years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, claims, business development, and agency relationship management to the role.
According to Plymouth Rock’s announcement, Ms. O’Connor will work closely with independent agents across Massachusetts to strengthen agency relationships, support agency growth, and help expand Plymouth Rock’s presence in the market.
Extensive Massachusetts Market Experience
Before joining Plymouth Rock, Ms. O’Connor served as a Senior Field Sales Representative with Utica National Insurance Group. Earlier, she was a Business Development Executive with Main Street America Insurance.
Ms. O’Connor also spent more than eight years with Providence Mutual, where she held positions as Business Development Manager, Commercial Underwriter, and Senior Underwriter.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an underwriter with The Hanover Insurance Group for more than 13 years.

Plymouth Rock said Ms. O’Connor has built a reputation for developing strong partnerships with independent agents, driving profitable growth, and delivering responsive, relationship-focused support.
In announcing the appointment, Plymouth Rock said that throughout her career Ms. O’Connor has helped agencies identify opportunities for profitable growth and long-term success.
Known for her collaborative approach and industry knowledge, Ms. O’Connor will focus on building relationships with agents throughout the Commonwealth while supporting agency growth initiatives, according to the company’s announcement.
