King Risk Partners acquired Perry Insurance Agency of North Andover, Massachusetts, expanding its independent agency footprint in the state.

Florida-based brokerage adds North Andover independent agency to its growing acquisition portfolio

King Risk Partners announced June 25 that it has acquired Perry Insurance Agency, LLC, an independent insurance agency based in North Andover. King Risk Partners claims this latest acquisition continues its strategic approach of partnering with independent agencies that have established local relationships, provide client-focused service, and offer long-term growth opportunities in key markets.

According to the announcement, North Andover-based Perry Insurance Agency has served individuals, families, and businesses for more than 15 years, offering a range of property and casualty insurance products, including personal, commercial, and liability coverage.

Acquisition supports Massachusetts expansion

Scott Popilek, Chief Executive Officer of King Risk Partners, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s growth strategy in Massachusetts and follows the company’s 2025 acquisition of Waltham’s Acacia Insurance.

“Perry Insurance Agency represents the type of partner we look for as we continue to grow strategically. They have built meaningful relationships in their community through attentive guidance, trusted client support, and a clear focus on helping individuals, families, and businesses make confident insurance decisions. This partnership supports our continued expansion in Massachusetts and reflects our disciplined approach to growth, which is focused on aligning with agencies that share our values and strengthen the solutions we deliver to clients.”
