The appointment follows the retirement of Stephen Randall, Executive Vice President and Chief Claims Officer, after 12 years with The Andover Companies and more than four decades in the insurance industry.

Landers Brings Legal, Claims, and Operational Leadership Experience
Landers joined The Andover Companies in 2019 after a decade serving as outside counsel to the organization. At Andover, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President, where he led the company’s Claims Excellence initiative, strengthened operational efficiency, and drove process innovation efforts. Landers has served on the company’s Employee Training and Development team, AI Task Force, and AI Governance Committee, and will continue as an Officer of the Company.
