Two Mass. Agents in Leominster Join Forces

February 2, 2016 by AC Editor

The two independent insurance agencies merged as of January 1, 2016

The Judy A. Mendolusky Insurance Agency and The Anderson, Bagley & Mayo Insurance, both independent insurance agencies based in Leominster, have merged. According to the terms of the agreement, the Judy A. Mendolusky Insurance Agency has joined the ABM agencies. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We are thrilled that Judy has decided to join the ABM family, and we welcome the opportunity to serve her many loyal customers,” said Tom Bagley, president of Anderson, Bagley & Mayo.

In making the decision to merge with ABM, Ms. Mendolusky noted the importance of finding a place in which her customers could continue to receive the same personal attention and service.

“ABM has a tradition of personal service that has continued for generations,” said Judy Mendolusky, president of Judy A. Mendolusky Insurance Agency. “ABM Insurance fit the bill perfectly,” added Mendolusky. “With three offices— in Leominster, Westminster, and Gardner—and over 20 different insurance companies to choose from, ABM provides our customers with many more choices for their insurance.”

In addition, Ms. Mendolusky noted the importance of having as smooth a transition as possible for her customers.“It’s great to know that our customers will continue to have friendly, experienced, insurance professionals to rely upon for their insurance needs,” she explained. “ABM has been serving the North Central Massachusetts for nearly 100 years, and have a stellar reputation. They are trusted and well-respected in the community…We have made arrangements with our insurance companies to automatically transfer our customers policies to Anderson, Bagley & Mayo,” said Mendolusky. “There is nothing that our customers will need to do with their current policies.”
