ISO’s New 2022 Homeowners Program

May 25, 2021 by Bill Wilson

ISO has filed a revised homeowners program effective in most jurisdictions in March 2022. Chris Boggs at IIABA has written an excellent and comprehensive review of the filing changes:

Homeowners Form and Endorsement Changes Coming in 2022 Multistate Filing

This article is currently public but will likely become password protected and available only to Big “I” members. So, if you’re interest in these upcoming ISO changes, I’d encourage you to review the article immediately.

You should be able to access these filings on the NAIC’s SERFF system:

  • HO-2021-OFR21 Multistate forms filing
  • LI-HO-2021-040 Multistate rules filing
  • LI-HO-2021-041 Multistate loss costs filing
