The Foundation is opening a new call for proposals for its Ignacio H. de Larramendi Call Research Grants
Fundación MAPFRE has launched a new edition of its annual research grant program worth a total of 300,000 euros (or about $356,940) aimed at researchers and research teams in both the academic and professional world that wish to develop research programs independently or within the universities, hospitals, companies or research centers to which they are associated.
The foundation’s Ignacio H. Larramendi research grants will be awarded individually for a maximum of 30,000 euros, to promote projects related to health, such as obesity prevention, encouraging physical exercise, personal injury assessment, healthcare management and longevity.
These grants are also open to researchers interested in promoting projects related to the challenges of insurance and social protection, for a maximum of 15,000 euros per grant.
The scope of this call is worldwide and projects may be submitted in Spanish, English or Portuguese before October 11, 2021.
