Norwood Insurance has announced that John Bachmann has joined its team as Vice President of Client Relations. Based in Groveland, Norwood Insurance has been a local, independent insurance agency providing coverage to its clients in the Merrimack Valley since 1868.
“We’re excited that John is joining our leadership team,” said Brian Connell, president of Norwood Insurance. “With his focus on the insurance consumer experience and his past experience of helping agencies and carriers succeed, we have no doubt that John will assist us in exceeding our goals and executing our promise to our clients.”
With over 20 years experience in the Massachusetts insurance industry, Mr. Bachmann most recently served as Insurance Industry Principal for Experience.com where he focused on redefining the Customer Experience for insurance agencies, agency networks, and carriers.
Prior to that, he worked for many year in both Claims and Customer Experience functions at Electric Insurance and Central Mutual Insurance.
