The Insurance Library has announced that the two inaugural members of the Library’s newly founded Henry E. Hess Benefactor Society are The Andover Companies and Safety Insurance Group.
Michael Pezza Jr., the Library’s Executive Director, explained that the society—named in honor of Henry E. Hess, one of the Library’s principal founders—recognizes those providing the highest levels of total financial support to the Library, including annual fund donations, IPYA and scavenger hunt sponsorships, webinar sponsorships and other education program fees, membership dues, and other financial support.
Pezza said, “The Andover Companies and Safety Insurance each have a long history of membership and involvement with the Library and its programs. We are deeply grateful for, and appreciative of, the extraordinarily generous, enthusiastic, and wide-ranging support—financial and otherwise—that we receive from Andover and Safety year after year. It’s fitting, and no surprise to any of us at the Library, that Andover and Safety happen to be the first two member organizations to qualify for this special level of recognition.”
