Garcia Brings More Than 25 Years of Financial Services Experience
Garcia has been a vice president at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, which was acquired by Credit Suisse in 2000, and a vice president at JH Whitney & Co., one of the country’s oldest private equity firms. He was also a partner and chief operating officer of Addison Clark Management before becoming managing director of CBAM Partners.
InsurBanc Focuses on Independent Agency Growth and Ownership Transitions
Garcia sees InsurBanc as a trusted partner to independent insurance agents, helping them strengthen and grow their agencies through every stage of development. “The InsurBanc model is unique, and its success over the past 25 years speaks for itself,” says Garcia. “Opportunities to join an organization with such a strong reputation, talented leadership and significant growth potential are rare. I look forward to building on InsurBanc’s momentum and contributing to its continued success.”
Garcia also eagerly anticipates attending insurance industry events over the coming months to meet customers in person. “We want to partner with our customers throughout their entire business journey, from their earliest stages of growth all the way through an ownership transition in a multi-generational business,” he says. “By building long-term relationships and partnering with our customers through every phase of their evolution, we create lasting value for our customers and InsurBanc through every stage of growth, transition and business cycles.”

David Tralka, former president and CEO, has assumed the role of chairman of the bank. “We look forward to continuing to serve the independent agent community under Lou’s leadership,” Tralka says.
