The Willard Martin Agency is one of the oldest on the North Shore
T Edmund Garrity & Co, Inc. has acquired the Willard Martin Agency of Marblehead, one of the oldest independent insurance agencies on the North Shore. First founded in 1923, the agency has been owned and operated by Nancy Archer Gwin since 1985.

This is the second independent agency that Garrity has acquired in Marblehead. Going forward, Williard Martin clients will be welcomed and serviced out of Garrity’s other Marblehead location at the Joe Greene Insurance Agency.
Based in Cambridge, Garrity continues to expand across the Greater Boston Area and North Shore with offices in Belmont, D’Attilio Insurance in Dedham, Shaw Insurance in Salem, and its two aforementioned locations in Marblehead.
