The Best Wellness Employer program, developed in collaboration with Harvard Medical School, recognizes the achievements of employers dedicated to improving employee health and well-being. A.I.M. Mutual is one of only five organizations to earn a Gold Certification for the last three years in a row.
To qualify, employers must meet rigorous evaluation standards in four categories: Assessment, Strategy, Implementation, and Evaluation. Experts from Wellness Workdays, Harvard Medical School and many other leading organizations developed the evaluation standards for the eligibility requirements.
