HUB International New England Announces Executive Promotions

Hub International New England, LLC is a division of HUB International Limited


Hub International New England has announced the appointment of two executive leadership promotions: Anne Dee, currently Chief Integration Officer, has been named the Chief Operating Officer, and Amanda Keaveney, Chief Marketing Officer, has been promoted to President of Commercial Lines. Anne and Amanda will continue to report to Shawn McLaughlin, President & CEO of HUB International New England.

Anne Dee

As COO, Dee will oversee HUB New England’s daily operations, M&A Integration, work with the executive team to drive the company’s business goals and objectives including data analytics and integrity, agency management systems, training coordination, facility management oversight, and managing security concerns. Anne has been with HUB for over 13 years and brings more than four decades of comprehensive and extensive insurance expertise to her new position.


Amanda Keaveney

Keaveney, as President of Commercial Lines, will have oversight insurance carrier marketing/ negotiations and general relations for HUB’s Property & Casualty Clients. In this role, she will manage HUB’s client services and advocacy and drive HUB New England’s client experience, efficiencies and staff engagement. Amanda, in her 10+ years at HUB and over 2 decades in the insurance industry, is well versed and will maintain her exemplary carrier relationships moving forward.
