N. Pingree Insurance Agency has been an independent insurance agency for over eight decades
Duffy Insurance has acquired the N. Pingree Insurance Agency. Established in 1938 by H. Nelson Pingree, the N. Pingree Insurance Agency operates from two Massachusetts locations in Georgetown and Haverhill. Brothers Robert and Calvin Pingree eventually took over for their father after working in the family insurance agency for many years.
According to the terms of the transaction, the current Pingree staff will remain working out of the Pingree Georgetown and Haverhill office locations. The agency also will continue to operate under the Pingree Insurance name. Michael Ryan of Insurance Agency Consulting Services, LLC represented N. Pingree Insurance in this transaction.
