MTM Insurance of Greater Haverhill has announced its acquisition of the Brian S Dempsey Insurance Agency. Both buyer and seller are independent insurance agencies located in Haverhill Massachusetts. In commenting on the purchase, MTM Insurance noted that “Both MTM Insurance and Brian S Dempsey Insurance have a shared commitment to providing their clients with outstanding customer service and professional personal advice and products tailored to meet their individual needs. The high ethical standards of both agencies the close relationships they have within the communities they serve make them a perfect fit.”
According to the terms of the transaction, both the clients and staff of Brian S Dempsey Insurance will be transferred to the Haverhill office of MTM.
Dempsey Insurance will be joining the family of MTM insurance agencies which now includes MTM Insurance Associates LLC located in North Andover MA; MTM Brainerd Insurance in Billerica MA; and MTM Insurance of Greater Haverhill located in Haverhill MA.
