Mr. Standing was the President & CEO of A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies
Michael Standing, President & CEO of A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies, passed away October 27, 2021 after a long illness.
As President & CEO, he set high expectations for A.I.M. Mutual in the workers’ compensation space, and he credited the colleagues he worked with for meeting, even surpassing, them. Mike joined A.I.M. Mutual in 2012 as Vice President and was elected President the following year. He became Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2015.
To know Mike was to know his world centered around his family: his wife Maureen, and their sons, Andrew and Nathaniel. That transcended to the culture he helped build at A.I.M. Mutual, where all employees know their families come first.
