Alera Group Expands Into Vermont with Acquisition of Noyle Johnson Group

Alera Group, a top independent national insurance and wealth services firm, announced today the acquisition of Noyle Johnson Group, an independent insurance agency serving Central Vermont and the North East Kingdom with three offices located in Montpelier, Danville and Bethel.

By really getting to know our customers, we can help design better coverage plans that are comprehensive, cost effective and flexible enough to grow with their needs,” said Dave O’Brien, Managing Partner of Noyle Johnson Group. “We represent over 30 insurance carriers and are committed to providing our clients excellent customer service.”

Noyle Johnson Group offers all lines of coverage including homeowner’s insurance, personal auto insurance, and all lines of commercial insurance from businessowner’s policies to workers compensation. The agency specializes in general liability, business auto, workers compensation, property insurance, professional liability, cyber/data breach coverage, farm insurance and liquor coverage.
