The Arbella Insurance Group is pleased to announce that Matt Postulka has rejoined the Arbella Insurance Group as Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Reporting to Paul Brady, Senior Vice President and head of technology and operations, Postulka will be responsible for all company technology, including security, architecture, application development, internal infrastructure, and project management.
“Matt is a strategic, innovative leader whose vision will take us into the future,” Brady said. “His strong technical, business, and people skills have already proven to be a great match for Arbella. For eight years Matt was instrumental in transforming the technology used by our customers, agents, and employees, and we are thrilled that he has decided to rejoin the company.”
In 2012, Postulka joined Arbella as a manager and was promoted several times before becoming the company’s Assistant Vice President and deputy CIO. In 2020, he joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as CIO & Senior Vice President of Technology & Operations before returning to Arbella in July.
Postulka holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Providence College and an MBA from Babson College.
