New Bedford's Tomlinson & O’Neil Joins World Insurance Associates

This is World’s 10th agency acquisition in Massachusetts since 2021

World Insurance Associates continues to grow its presence in the Bay State with its 10th agency acquisition since 2021. For its first acquisition in the Commonwealth in 2023, it has announced the acquisition of the business of Tomlinson & O’Neil Insurance Agency, Inc. (“Tomlinson & O’Neil”) of New Bedford. Effective as of December 31, 2022, no further terms of the transaction were disclosed.
